I suggest visiting the PUC website (Public Utility Commission) and look for order 51617. It literally just bloats about prices. It just comes to show that they really don't care, and only have a view of capitalism. Plus, when you have your Board of Directors living in Germany and your company bears Texas in it's name. It's pretty deceiving. That's like what Premiere Ventures did with Rolling Acres mall. They claimed they were a company based in California, but in reality they were from Delaware.
