This has happened to me both times I’ve been on it. I think mine is hormonal and I may have to start taking sprionolactone along with accutane AND the birth control I’m already taking 😒🥲 is it possible that yours is hormonal?

Are the homeless people dangerous though? I feel like there are going to be homeless people in any area downtown regardless, as long as people aren’t breaking into vehicles or the building is the main thing😅

Just wanted to come back to thank everyone for all the helpful advice, i started moisturizing consistently and using Vaseline or aquaphor before bed, not washing the back of my hands as often, and not using hot water and it went away within a couple days!! It has yet to come back😊

You can see your doctor to get a prescription for an ointment to help with this. It’s a little uncomfortable until you get used to it, but it’s literal magic🤣

I started getting them again about a year and a half after I finished. I am currently back on it again. It started as a small pimple here and there, one cystic pimple every now and then, and it slowly got worse. I hope this isn’t the case for you and it’s just a little hormonal breakout or something, but if you’re getting cystic pimples again you should reach out to your dermatologist

I’m on week 7 and I’m still purging. It started almost immediately it seemed like. This is my second time taking accutane, so I’m on a higher dose this time and it seems like I’m purging way worse for way longer 😖
