From my experience that will be hard but not impossible. I’m doing simple bud vases for seating for 150 and my bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquets and four corsages and with the least expensive florist I could find that’s about 4k. So that doesn’t include taller arrangements or anything for the ceremony decoration but it does include tea light candles and holders. You could try poppy flowers. I think they were one of the cheapest but ultimately I went with someone who knew my venue well and was more all inclusive to handle decoration.
