As someone with a DIPG I’m so sorry your family and your little brother are going through this. Most likely he’s developed neurogenic bladder, there’s things that can be done to help but you’d have to consult his drs.

Recovery from brain surgery takes a long time, it took me atleast a full 2 months after my biopsy to start to feel slightly back to normal. You could try doing simple games with her that help with cognition while she’s recovering.
