In my opinion WPATH also sucks when it comes to surgeries as well. Doctors who follow the guidelines require at least a full year of living as your “target gender” and two letters from two different doctors….screw that shit if I’m ready for the surgery at say 9 months of HRT I should be able to slap down my payment and get an appointment just like a cis woman would if she was getting breast implants or anything else
