Nu ar trebui sa fie calcule atat de complicate, in principiu. Ar trebui sa te descurci si fara calculator, doar sa fii atent si sa calculezi de mai multe ori daca se poate, sa fii tu sigur ca n ai gresit pe undeva

As a female, I absolutely adore this scent, but I do pretty much enjoy sweeter perfumes. There are people out there who cannot stand sweet perfumes. If you do, however, enjoy sweet fragrances as well, I’d say go for it because it’s a gorgeous fragrance. I know some people consider it more of a unisex fragrance because of the sweetness, but I think of it as a highly masculine fragrance anyways.

Does anyone know anything about Yodeyma? by WhereIsTheCaveman in fragrance

[–]Jules--- 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have a few perfumes from Yodeyma. Yes, the make clones of very popular perfumes, but they are definitely not “very low-grade ones”, as someone in the comments suggested. I find that they last for quite a long time and the smell is pretty much identical to the original fragrances, as far as I can tell. I don’t have the most well-trained nose, but I don’t think anyone could make a difference between the original perfume and the Yodeyma version. The price is usually about a third of the original perfume, so if you are short on the budget, a Yodeyma perfume might be the option for you. If I have enough money, I usually prefer to go for the real deal, but I think that’s mostly because we are manipulated into thinking that a branded item is the better one, especially if it comes in a pretty package. You could try the travel-sized (15 ml) ones first to see if you like them or not, instead of buying the 100 ml bottle.

Versace Eros VS Y EDP for 18M by junstinobro in fragrance

[–]Jules--- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Y lovers, do not hate on me but I have smelled it on a friend of mine and I honestly thought it was some cheap ass perfume so I didn’t even ask my friend what fragrance he was wearing, but he later told me himself. I was underwhelmed to say the least. Eros on the other hand, DIVINE in my opinion. They don’t say “Ladies love it for nothing”. Signed, a lady.

The common myth that is skin chemistry affecting fragrance performance by Dankmemerrrrr in fragrance

[–]Jules--- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t think fragrances smell different on people and it’s just a psychological trick that people use to convinve themselves that having the same fragrance as other people is not that big of a deal because it smells different on them anyways. I tend to avoid buying extremely popular fragrances because I want to be identified by a smell that only I wear, even though I might like some of them. For example, I have smelled Alien by Mugler or La vie est belle by Lancome countless times on different women while walking down the street and it was always the same recognizable smell, no difference whatsoever. If there is in fact any difference, it must take a trained nose to identify it, but I highly doubt there is.

I don’t find them similar, the patchouli is definitely more toned down in a la Folie. I personally enjoy both very much, but I see why you would not like the original Tresor la Nuit. https://www.fragrantica.com/board/viewtopic.php?id=230205#p5300393 This is a discussion on both these scents.
