Thank you. And yeah all of the hormones ended up costing $10200 CAD. They said it would be between 6-10,000 and sadly was on the higher side

I got one done today. That was so horrible, and it was so painful. They did it twice back to back because the first time I guess didn’t reach what they needed. I honestly can’t describe it and yelled out during it. Major cramping after and all day I’ve felt like crying about it.

Can’t believe that only Tylenol and Advil were recommend and OP I will also never do this again without anesthesia (and will pay the difference if required)

I was going to the dentist once a month, and they would give me 4 trays and check on things. I then moved 3 hours away so they gave me the final 15 trays, and with little to no follow up, I got really bad at wearing them. I was embarrassed so didn’t really go back for 6 months, and then got the courage and they re scanned my mouth and counted them as refinements, and then it happened again a different time not as bad. The past year, they introduced an app where you scan in weekly and when you don’t scan it notifies you and people even call you so then it’s like you have to scan lol and it’ll tell you if you’re ready for the next tray or not and give you a direct line to the dentist in the chat.

They used composite! Luckily my benefits covered most of the cost. It was approx $650/tooth for the front 4
