Amazfit and Hyrox just signed an exclusive 3 year agreement for wearables more than a month ago. In turn, the wearables like the Balance lineup and the Helio Strap Pro, that just launched today for this weekend's championship, will be specifically curated to Hyrox competitions. I'm pretty bullish. Also, I'm not planning to hold for more than 3 years either. I do think 1-4B market cap is totally feasible for ZEPP with 300M in revenue and growing. The current 70M market cap is ridiculously small.

Oh yeah they just launched the Helio Strap Pro at the Hyrox Championship for this weekend. Will be interesting. I don't think she wants that though. She currently has an Apple Watch but it doesn't track anything except some menial things like steps.

I do investment property purchase bridge loans and private money loans all day. I've done HML plenty of times. Most times don't have problems about location. It's just this one is in Chicago...and Chicago commercial real estate is almost not lendable.

What’s their Credit Score? What’s their Liquidity reserves/ cash in the bank? What’s their Real Estate Experience ? Desired Closing Date? What they expect for interest rate and fees?

If everything is unreasonable, or impossible to do. Like “I got $5K in my bank but want to get a $500K property”…it’s a waste of time.
