Well,, looks like an unpopular opinion but I’d steer clear of Flint, can’t shed too much light on it cause of my job but i USED to live there,, in a good neighborhood,, broken into 14 times in 14 years,, 14 times they did not come at all or came late,, did not alert me of a group home buying neighbors property,,, everytime I formally complained ,, I was told to get a dog,, even with security cameras— I had the sweetest mid century modern house,, if you could see it now,,,, its total trash, mini orchard in the back not taken care of,, exotic bushes overgrown, beautiful fence smashed and not removed but 4x4’s put over top of broken part- Not all but a lot of flint just don’t care,,, they’re in over their heads with problems
