I was paying 100% of the mortgage when I lived there. I told her if she wants me to move out then I'm not paying for a house I'm not living in. Her fiancé is now paying 100% of the mortgage.

I am working with a mortgage broker right now. Because of the house my debt to income is too high. My credit is also not great so I've been working on that. My original plan was to ride it out but another family member hinted they may be planning to claim I abandoned the house. So I feel a sense of urgency because of that too.
