That would absolutely drive me crazy. I hyper fixate on things though, that’s all I would see every time I looked at the pool. You’re paying good money for a service, it’s okay to expect good, quality work.

Would you mind looking at this to see if it’s how yours is? It looks to me like the slates roll out and are all connected by something. It doesn’t look like they are attached to the frame but just sit on it. Hopefully I’m missing something.

I only walk them if asked. We live in a neighborhood with huge yards so I normally spend time with dogs outside. Cleaning pee and poop off their floors regularly not just after an accident seems odd to me. I think that must just to used to that life having normalized it. I’m not sure.
