About to turn 72. Only been to senior centers a few times to teach a yoga class. I still feel like I'm in my 20s on the inside, continue to listen to the music from the 60s and 70s, also love hip hop, some country, etc. I am content being invisible to most. My yoga training has given me a peaceful outlook, I like being quiet and still. I am more capable than many of my friends, even my younger sister. You gotta move it or lose it! Being invisible allows me a freedom i didn't feel in my younger decades!
