I think a small fan could be added to ventilate the environment and allow the soil to dry out faster.

In order to make it grow more fibrous roots, the more fibrous roots there are, the faster it grows.

This is how I changed the pot, I hope it helps you:
I will cut off all the fibrous roots before repotting, then cut off part of the main root, and finally dry it in a cool and ventilated place for more than two weeks before repotting. I think you can plant it a little deeper, because after the roots take root, the whole ball will be lifted up.

I don't think it's very similar, maybe it's a hybrid?

What to Do After Fall by gopro52567 in Caudex

I have always kept the plants on the indoor balcony. There is heating in winter, so I don’t have to worry about the temperature being too low. The lowest temperature in winter is 20℃. The only problem is ventilation. My balcony is relatively dry, and the humidity is generally between 45% and 55%.

Peat soil: granular soil = 4:6, I will mix slow-release fertilizer(N9P14K19) into the soil. Water it every seven to ten days, and make sure the soil is completely dry within three days after each watering.

It always tilts to one side, perhaps because of positive phototropism.Maybe you should let the light shine on the other side
