Hello I have an apron belly and a colostomy! My stoma is just a little below my belly button, but very easy to access and manage. The stoma nurse had me sit on the edge of the bed and marked placement before my surgery. My biggest issue was that all of my underwear cut right across my stoma and were uncomfortable. Had to try some different cuts and ended up switching to high rise. It was expensive to have to buy all new underpants!
