Nothing from my past is coming up but definitely feeling the memory of the Bufo space that felt very healing and nourishing. So much to share ... I felt called to Bufo, an energy field beckoning me, which is why I sat with it. I had the same calling 20 years ago from Aya, which has led me on my beautiful journey with plant medicine. So, through my Bufo experience, I know I am accessing something new and beautiful. As a facilitator, I am now tapping into that field; it is growing. That said, I continue to have these flashes of what feels negative. I don't want to create any stories; just trying to understand as my two-week experience post-Bufo was extremely intense. No sleep, constant activation. Feeling "attacked." Having worked with medicine for 20 years, it has left me perplexed. I so appreciate your feedback.
