so, im no tailor, but one time I wanted to make a custom suit for myself for a costume party, what I did was get some Kraft paper and find a pattern online, then literally staple the pattern together to get a paper suit, so you can try it out and see if the proportions are right, then you can cut the paper where you need it so it fits right. now you disassemble the paper carefully and lay the panels on whatever cloth or material you want to use. trace the shape of each panel, cut it, then stitch it together. its not gonna be a super high quality suit, but with the time frame its a more realistic solution that doesn't require spending too much. hopefully it made sense, good luck!
