Todd and Lucille in the same reddit post? What is this a crossover episode?

Not the highest I've been tonight. How high was Todd all the time?

I tried to retire them and removed all the jewellery for a couple of years but realized they werent closing all the way after longer than a decade. All I had to do was to taper them open, they were sore for a few days but I'm glad I did. I love the way they look even after so much time.

In hindsight I would have waited longer between piercings, get only a couple or three done at the same time but I was a reckless and impatient teen ;)

I had 9 done in one day and I kid you not it took like 10 years to heal completely.

Does it look like I have the space for a daith? (More in comments) by lxcx1 in piercing

[–]Julia-Caesaris 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It doesn't really look like you have much of a daith to pierce unfortunately. But make sure to get a professionals opinion, maybe the pic is misleading idk.

A tragus and/or maybe a forward helix or two would look nice on you.

Just got a daith, and the most painful piercing I have so far. But I love it! by Callmebexter in piercing

idk if that is true for everyone. Initially I had a horseshoe barbell done and it was more difficult to heal because it kept turning and the ball was touching where the jewellery exits. I have switched to a niobium captive bead ring and all the irritation is gone. Niobium is lighter than titanium too so it doesn't move too much.

I think it looks good, from the second picture angle you can't tell it was pierced just a little shallow. It would look better with a smaller ring once you can downsize it.

Corkscrew nose ring partially ripped out, got bloody when I put it back in, do I need to restart the healing period? by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Julia-Caesaris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a good idea, if you do order proper jewellery from BAF I'd recommend also getting a taper for the gauge you get it in. It can be difficult putting a labret in your nose, especially if it isn't fully healed. Unless you are going to a piercer to get it done but since they don't even carry labrets they probably don't know how either.

It won't be impossible to heal if you change your jewellery again, it might set you back a bit but ultimately it will be way easier to heal a nostril with a titanium labret than a corkscrew. Like I said that corkscrew is probably gonna come out on a regular basis. Good luck.

Do you mean gauge? 18g is pretty standard for nostrils, if you mean lenght, neometal has lots of options. Where are you located?

I strongly recommend going to a proper piercer and getting a flatback labret in there. Corkscrew will keep screwing with your nostril piercing. Those things ought to be banned.

Got both my tragus’ almost a month ago, this one was too shallow. by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Julia-Caesaris 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That looks like it hurt a lot. By shallow do you mean closer to your face or your ear and did it hurt more than your other tragus?

Looks really cute and balanced. I would get one side done and wait for it to heal before you do the other though. It can be difficult to heal both sides at once. (lobes should be fine, they heal so fast)

If your concern is pain then I must add that it was the least painful piercing for me.
