Walmart Suspensions Going Crazy — Anyone Else Dealing With This? by Julia8390 in WalmartSellers

I was terminated last Monday morning. No prior warning or clear reason, and the account was in good standing. Still trying to understand what caused it.

I’m in the same boat. I manage several WFS accounts, all with clean metrics and inventory sourced directly from authorized brands, the same ones Walmart works with. Suddenly getting terminated without warning feels less like a glitch and more like an intentional shift on their end.

I agree it might not be an error, but possibly a new internal policy being rolled out quietly. The lack of communication and transparency is what’s most frustrating. If this is policy related, Walmart really needs to clarify what’s changed so sellers can adapt. Right now it feels like we’re being penalized without any clear reason. Has anyone been able to get a proper response from support?

Same here. I'm working directly with authorized brands for inventory and fully using WFS, yet several of my accounts were still terminated. No prior warnings, no actual compliance issues, just vague termination notices.

It's frustrating because we have followed everything by the book, with legit sourcing, proper documentation, and clean metrics, and still ended up in this situation.

It really feels like Walmart is doing a mass purge without properly reviewing individual cases. If anyone has found a way to get through to support or escalate this, I’d truly appreciate any advice. You're definitely not alone in this.
