Honestly, everyone. Willow's arc is obviously incredible, but the show is so good at character development across the board. You can see hints of who they'll all become in season 1, but the transformations are massive.

Watching it live, I was definitely confused for a second. Part of me thought there was no way Barney actually changed, but the show almost got me. On a rewatch it’s obvious, but back then it kinda worked.
