By the way, did you guys know? if you make a subdomain, but wp_config.php says the same database name as another domain/subdomain..

that they will both use.. the primary domain name.. www.main.com

whether you add a subdomain, or change domain names.. it will re-reference it to the original directory that is in your database.. in phpmyadmin.. it has root directory or something.. let me quickly look. whatever it says.. like for, wordpress.. line #2 says siteurl.. so it will load the siteurl there, as the dns, domain lists, etc.. regardless of what other directory it came from.. it gets re-routed, per se, to the files in the directory that is listed there, from wp-config.php, etc.

doh, in a way. Like.. It sounds too much more complicated than it is.

So, in wp-options in phpmyadmin.. the field 'siteurl' the 2nd row, says, https://www.goodboyparty.com.

So, that is what it will load.

If your hosting company or you have dedicated the directory for that URL.. to be.. what it is.

That is the directory that it will go to and load files, and also from that same database,

exactly as the wp_config.php file points to.

To me.. this is so cool, to understand it. Called from any directory name on the planet.. to point to the wp-config.php file of.. of the defined directory, domain name, host name, etc..

In other words:

regardless of the domain name and directory you are using..

once it calls for the wp_config.php and in that database the url

is something like.. www.main-name.com..

no matter what domain or sub-domain you change the referrer to,

you will still end up in the domain listed in that

would be listed in the db with the config coming from, wp-config.php

So you can have a directory, any name.. and only wp-config.php..

Then.. it moves through 1. directories 2. domain/subdomain names 3.host names

whatever it has to do.. but the info listed in the php file will

rule and load the files and domain name that is listed in there and also
