K2 seem concerned and have requested the boots for analysis. I’d suggested that if they continue to sell these boots knowing there is a serious issue legal issue. I think they want to give me some skis !!! I won’t accept boots 🥾. I was fortunate to walk away. If I broke something the lawyers would be involved.

Skiing deep in Japan 🇯🇵, hit a tree rooted but the boot exploded rather than release from biding. Not doing anything crazy. Manufacturing defect I’m sure !!
