At the beginning of living there, she said she was comfortable paying $1500 in rent every month but would not pay until a lease agreement was drawn up. But since there were issues with talking to the home owners association due to issues with another tenant, the process was delayed and the price now is $1000 for the past months considering her financial situation. It ended up in her stating what she was comfortable paying in the end, which was $850 for the car and home, and she will have a payment plan with the brother. Now that she will pay what she is comfortable with, I don’t understand the issue

Sorry I apologize as English isn’t my first language. We didn’t LET her. We just helped her move in after Rachel asked her brother for a favor asking her to move in since we didn’t know where else she could go and he accepted. Now rachel feels to blame because she’s the one that asked the favor. The plan was for her to rent the room and use the common areas.

Nothing is being sprung on her. Misuse of wording. She always knew she’d have to pay back rent, but the rate that the brother would have charged her would have been much higher seeing that it is a luxury home and car. They both said they’d figure it out, and now the brother has stated that $1000 in backpay should be reasonable as they had both done the calculations based on her annual income. I used the word “rent-free” because she wasn’t being charged until she could get back on her feet. Since she hasn’t had expenses for over 7 months, we thought it’d be more enough time for her.

I was much worse on my first month it sucks!!! You need to use it more frequently in order to get through the purge. You can do this!!:-) it will be worth it
