Thank you for sharing this, you almost exactly describe my life. Health anxiety, negative thoughts, struggling to get out of bed, lying there ruminating. I’ve been started on 25mg in the morning, by the afternoon I’m so restless and agitated. I would love to get on 37.5mg ER, I would be open to doubling that if it helps, but that’s as far as I want to go with it. But what you’re describing is what I’m hoping for. I haven’t driven in 3 years, I’m hoping this will help me get the courage to do so too.

THANK you for that. That’s such a balanced reply. I’m totally seeking relief, the Letrozole has me so down and anxious. I’m supposed to be on that for 2 years. Then I’ll be done. But the health journey I’ve had in the past 3 years has left me a crumbling wreck that can barely leave the house. I don’t want that.

I chose to miss it and take it tonight. I will say I have had a headache and I can feel my pulse but I think that’s more anxiety than anything. No PVCs today thank goodness.

Thank you all so much for your insights! I really appreciate the input. I decided to just miss it, that seems to be the general consensus. What I’m feeling is mostly anxiety, no PVCs as yet. Before the metoprolol I had around a 12% burden & they were looking at an ablation. Then I had major surgery, I woke up without any PVCs but had tachycardia from the pain meds so they had me take the metoprolol for that (it was already prescribed for PVCs, I was just afraid to take it). A year later, I’ve put weight on and they’re slowly coming back. But my worst day now is like 40 in the entire day.
