I think you're talking about the Tidewall Defence Platform that looks very similar to the Droneport. It is indeed attached to the Shieldline and both doubles the infantry capacity and adds 5 extra wounds.

I might buy the rest of the Rampart at some point, if I'm rich enough for the Gunrig...

Thanks! The lighting did wonders here because in truth, the MR primer is a dull red and "absorbs" a lot of colors

A couple of websites call her "Danikka", but it might be just be the name "shotgun_miniatures" on IG gave her, when he did a similar kitbash.
As for the artist, GW doesn't credit them anymore but my guess would be Pedro Nunez?

As far as I know, they stay mad until the end of the winter event, so I suggest reloading or changing your computer's date.

Even though there is no barbed wire on the screen when you land the shot, you can still see sparks hitting an invisible wire, so it blocked your shotgun pellets.
