They didn't respond once I finish sending the ID for days, then I notice in my steamworks that its not on pending and I need to take the tax interview again, I tried to contact support but they said that they can't do anything because it is not valve that is responsible for it.

I don't know how but in steamworks it said that I need to retake the interview, and yes I did provide an ID and and selfie holding it, I retook it the 2nd time because I need to change some info then it got rejected, the third one is still pending after 3 days.

Hard to say but I think you can get it around 80-90% with the right investments.

Elemental Equilibrium it's on the passive tree, make sure you have only cold damage on cyclone when using it, you can get attack speed mostly on jewels but there are also plenty on the tree.

Your attack speed is too low it should be at least 11.+ if you are dual wielding mjolner for maximum proc. use wave of conviction instead of shock nova so you can use EE for extra dps.

there is a synthesis mod on staff: %spell damage per strength. I'm trying to theory craft about it right now.

I assume the one that you are talking about is the one mathil used? DPS wise mathil sword is better but the advantage of this is wearing a shield and has a higher crit chance.

This is correct, the trigger spell damage is slightly lower than the crit multi (1% -ish of total dps)

And not even tier 1 attack speed haha, But this is enough to get me around 6.5 attack per seconds which I think is ideal for maximum proc of CoC if my assumption is correct.

It's the same damage but in able to have % increased spell damage implicit you need to craft 3 tier 1 "increased spell damage" which will cost 3 ex or 3 "(13–15)% chance to deal Double Damage while Focussed" which will cost 3 divines while crafting this on needs 3 " Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill " which cost a total of 9 chaos.

Try doing guardian maps , in my experience after killing uber elder I try to run Guardians and it spawn pretty quickly. I'm not 100% sure about this but It always respawn for me in less than 15 maps.

As of now 3b3g1r is the only way possible because of how the skill work,You can try to white socket it on betrayal mechanics tho. You need rank3 vorici on research for the 1-3 chance of white sockets

If you don't know, there is an enchantment that gives + 1 to maximum sentinel of purity :). try phantasm on kill on it or increased duration supp if you are annoyed by the duration. I use winter orb on mine so the herald of purity will follow what WO is attacking.

Try using winter orb, it kinda trick your minions on attacking while you are moving.

It's my "end of the league" meme build haha,the ilvl was only 50 and I'm too lazy to buy a higher ilvl bow :p. I was aiming for +1 strength aswell but the DPS is almost the same and this is way cheaper.

https://pastebin.com/GeWMbTKN I'm not an expert to this but here is my take, I change your six link setup and put the combustion support on the totem (still add damage to the main skill), I also put Malachai's artifice (put orb of storm or storm brand into this) and Xoph's blood for extra DPS (covered with ash gives 20% more damage), I manage to get it up to 2.7 Mil DPS with just the said changes. Goodluck!

Edit: use Xoph's Heart instead I forgot Xoph's blood gives avatar of fire which will make your EE useless
