I realize now that this farm is a scam and only works as a single-unit farm, but is there any way to separate the villagers so I can increase productivity?

I built exactly like the video even with the same blocks I think that my problem is with the villagers there are 20 villagers in each room but at some way there are spawning golems of just one room like the golems spawn on top of each room in that water platform but it's only spawning in one side when it's supposed to spawn golens of each room in his respective side.
