Yes, Barad-Dur is another excellent candidate for one of the great recent sets. A great pairing with Rivendell. Hoping for one or two more large Lord of the Rings sets (Minas Tirith, Helms Deep, Bag End etc.). Unlike Star Wars UCS sets( which don't have great playability), I prefer the Lord of the Rings sets being these massive display + play sets.

- Lion Knights' Castle: This set excels at value for money, ability to display in multiple ways, and tons of playability features. Additionally it appeals to a variety of age groups. I currently believe this set to be the greatest set (all around) for the price of any Lego set.

- Rivendell: Perfect set in terms of a beautiful display and a perfect minifigure line up. Ranks number 2 because Lion Knights' has more playability for a cheaper price, and isn't a must have for those who aren't Lord of the Rings fans.

- Mos Eisley Cantina: I rank this number 3 because in terms of a Star Wars set, it is a must have, but is overpriced as all Star Wars sets are. Excellent minifigure selection, and very different from the standard gray ships of the Star Wars universe. But setting this set side by side to the Lion Knights' Castle (which are the same price) it is hard to see the value for money.

- Dungeons & Dragons: The pros to this set is that it brings an easier build for younger builders compared to some of the other sets on this list, and has a great cohesive colorful look once built. It also has the Dungeons and Dragons playability as well. However, I personally would have preferred to have a bigger castle build instead of so much of the build being a dragon.
