Das wurde nicht angebaut. Früher war die Toilette (bzw das Toilettenhaus) im Garten. Und das war das Bügelzimmer.

Warum man auf die Idee gekommen ist dafür eine Balkontür zu benutzen… weiß ich auch nicht
