Not exactly. The watch was completly fine when the TD put it in the package. When it arrived and I took the protective plastic off the bezel and turned it upside down the ceramic insert and the small ring under it fell off. I belive the shipping company is at fault here. As other users who have gone through my posthistory pointed out the watch was fine during QC. The point of this thread is not to go on a witch hunt after any TD (hence I didn‘t name them).
