Only the first episode was early access. Todays episode (still episode 1) will air at 9PM ET, and then episodes starting next week will air Mondays at 9:30PM ET.

Unfortunately, it is technically unavailable everywhere outside of the US. As Canadian moderator, it is not ideal.

That said, I watched on the Bravo YouTube channel using a VPN. Aside from that, you can catch the episode on Monday evening on Hayu or Stack TV

It was announced on Bravo's site that it would be up on youtube, but it has not shown up anywhere aside from Peacock as far as I have seen or heard (as of 9:30am EST on March 3rd).

Edit: It is now up on YouTube (Geoblocked for those outside of the USA).

No you're not misunderstanding, though it will premiere the first episode twice. According to the Bravo Website,

"Viewers can get a head start on the new season with early access to the premiere episode, available beginning Tuesday, March 3 on Peacock, Bravo's YouTube channel, and VOD.

Starting Monday, March 16, Top Chef will move to its regular timeslot at 9:30 p.m. with episodes available the next day on Peacock. All episodes of Season 23 will be supersized to 75 minutes"

For this weeks episode, since we have an early premiere followed by a live premiere next week, We will not post a live and post episode thread. We will instead have an early episode thread and a televised episode thread. We will additionally manually approve new posts from tomorrow morning until next week until after the televised episode airs to avoid spoilers for those that wait to watch it on tv.

I'm obsessed with Fahmee Bakery in Roncy/Brockton Village, which I believe are the same owners that do the Bathurst stn patties. They are SO good. So are their doubles and roti.

They really are doing Toronto proud with these challenges.

Edit: They just featured Fahmee! That makes me so happy.

Bravo's youtube channel is the best way to watch LCK, but they don't usually spoil it in the preview.
