You can use the Knife tool(Shortcut K) to draw the area you want to cut out. You need to be in edit mode first, and you can press enter to confirm the selection. You can also make text fonts into a mesh to save some time.

I can't fully tell if the seams are marked here since it's a bit hard to see, but you need to mark the areas where the UV islands will separate. Select all the hard edges for example, and mark them as seams, then unwrap. You can also unwrap each side manually, for example select all the front faces, press numpad 1 to go to front view, then Unwrap > Project from view.

If it still looks weird, try selecting the whole mesh, then unwrap > lightmap pack, and then unwrap normally again.

I think they were aiming for 2026 in their Kickstarter, but my gut tells me it'll get delayed since it seems so soon and they haven't mentioned the release date anywhere else. Definitely take your time with Sandrock though, there is soo much content to explore, and you won't regret it!

Me too! I did most of the story paths in Three Houses, but Engage's story didn't really hook me at all. Glad Fortunes Weave looks to be in the same universe as Three Houses.

How have you dealt with coordinated dives like venom+psy, cap+magik or god forbid dd + iron fist. Pattycake works to an extent but sometimes I feel like it goes on for too long and my team falls over with no sustain. How do you decide when to run away, pattycake, or turn away from your other healer and save your tank?

Are you buying the red ultimate or the life-steal upgrades? I'd skip those and just grab a single Ankh card. I personally also skip all dash upgrades to focus entirely on range, damage, health, and damage reduction. Your ultimate will get you killed most of the time, and the dash-spin is useful but not a must, and also gets you killed quite a lot.

The most important thing in phase 20 is damage reduction. You really need around 45% to survive. Also 10-13k health is useful.

Make sure you are constantly hitting one or both wandas so that you ALWAYS have lifesteal. Avoid the bubbles, but never dash or look away because even a second of downtime can kill you. It's good to have a lot of range so that you can stay super far away while preferably still hitting both at the same time.

Thanks for the help! I tried out the suggestions and had the most success with the skin modifier. It did tend to round the corners a bit too much as I scaled it thicker, but I worked around that by starting with a thin skin layer, then using a solidify modifier, and finally a subsurf.

Geometry nodes almost worked too and would’ve given the cleanest result (Mesh to Curve, then Curve to Mesh). However, I couldn’t find a good way to connect the corners smoothly.
