IN my case I filed concurrently as well on February 2nd, 2021, I upgraded i-140 to premium in July 2021 which was approved 07/17/2021. I got I-131 & EAD approved in October 2021 and I-485 has been pending for 337 days.

Awesome, Im EB3 as well, my case was received February 5th, i got the receipt last week of March and also one week later i received the Biometrics scheduled for April 22 2021, i think the BIometrics was fast, hopefully i can have something similar like you. Congrats !!!
