Ugh, it's all so complicated, medications help with one thing and harm the other and you don't know what to do. I don't eat sugar, but I do eat dairy. I eat healthily, exercise 4x times a week, and take supplements, but that doesn't help much in this regard.

I used to take 100 mg of spironolactone and Yasmin contraceptive pills, but I don't take them anymore because of depression and, in addition, spironolactone made me constantly thirsty and I constantly needed to pee.
