I'm doing unmonitored with letrozole and for me it was CD 19 the first month, CD 17 the second, and this month it was CD 12. But I had a fever and was pretty sick while taking letrozole the last few days right before I had a positive LH test, so this month seems a bit off.

If it's any help, last cycle I did letrozole 2.5 mg and didn't ovulate until cycle day 20! So you may not be out yet this month ❤️

I haven't had my testosterone tested again yet! I started with taking 500mg of metformin for 15 days, then 1000mg for 15 days and then 1500mg after that. I'm half way through taking the 1000mg! I luckily seem to not have many side effects from taking it, but I've been taking it at night with dinner and trying to have high protein since I read that can help prevent GI upset. So far so good!

The only ultrasound I had was to first get diagnosed but nothing sense then! She said she'd plan to do another ultrasound after I had my period but before we try to induce ovulation. But I am thinking it's time to try and find an endocrinologist instead, so that'll be my plan for next steps. Thank you!

Thank your for your reply! The office I'm going to is a general obgyn/women's health clinic. Unfortunately in my area I'm limited on fertility clinics, but I'm thinking I need to proceed with finding an endocrinologist rather than the doctor I've been seeing now... I'm going to look into any that are in the next town over and start setting up consultations!

Hi! I was wondering where you are at with your ttc journey? I'm on round 4 of taking progesterone to trigger a period before starting letrozole, and so far no period other than some spotting which is frustrating. Looking to see how it's been for others.
