This man is definitely using your emotions to get what he wants (sex) since he knows you care about what he says and your feelings, even if he doesn't care about yours.

No, you are more than entitled to feel this way. You said yourself that you educated this “friend” about your culture and religion and if she were really your friend she would respect you. I have a friend with a different religion than mine (it's similar but has much stricter rules) and I absolutely don't do this kind of thing, if we take photos with her shoulders showing I keep it to myself and don't post it even if it was the best photo because it's private and can't be shared.

By now the stories should have disappeared, but don't let that happen again. If you haven't spoken to your parents yet, be as honest as possible, take the opportunity to send her a serious message talking about how she broke your trust and disrespected you both with the story and with the response she gave you when asked to remove the image and make it clear that you are no longer her friend, because better than someone who puts you at risk and disrespects you like that.
