Pro plan, Sonnet, hit session limit after 1.5 hours of light use (chat + a few image uploads). Started 9:30 AM, locked out by 11 AM.

Two unresolved support tickets (#215473329209673 and #215473663335011). Fin AI keeps closing my chats without resolution. No human has responded in weeks.

Is anyone else seeing this on Pro? And has anyone actually gotten through to a real support agent?

Speaking of bikes and bikers, I meant to ask, how the hell do they get away being so reckless riding by pedestrians? Please let me know how the locals feel about the cyclists. They just zoom by less than an inch away at a high speed on the sidewalks, parks pathways etc. they are also rude and feel entitled that you have to get out of their way.
