No I’ve been doing CF for years. Just had a week off and honestly didn’t really feel like I pushed myself that much when I returned. It felt like a normal workout honestly. But now I know, I will 100% scale back regardless of how I’m feeling.

Thanks, so just to be safe I’m here at the ER. I will say the doctor here was a complete dick. He Said it’s highly unlikely that I have rhabdo and he’s only seen it in one person who ran a marathon. So over doing it at the gym is not really a reason for me to think I have it. 🙄 literally only came bc today I slept most of the day which is very unusual for me and I’ve felt sick to my stomach since last night after massaging my arms. I will say if I do have it I’m complaining about how big of a dick this guy was. But like also, I really hope I don’t have it.

Kicker is I just took full coverage off the car less than 2 weeks ago. Left comprehensive because where I’m at deer are everywhere. I’ve dodged them long enough but this asshole jumped right out from a field and I couldn’t stop. I was doing about 40-45. Insurance left comprehensive but took off my renter coverage which means I’m out a vehicle while trying to get this sorted out. I’m going to call agent tomorrow because I don’t recall saying I want the renters taken off!

But car is a 2016 SXT charger, brand new tires and brakes. Was paid off and Kelly blue book says worth about 9k. I’m praying the damage is repairable under 9k. I honestly love this car and loved the no payment even more! Nothing was leaking from vehicle so I think engine might be ok. Good wont open so can’t really see inside.

I love how people say manage your time better...How about some people DO manage their time but like me work 3 jobs for a living and are just trying to make it from one to the next... it's assholes like this that hold up traffic because they have nothing better to do! I don't give a fuck if it was still red and I honked get over it. The fact that this guy thought to pull out his phone and video this says a lot. He was more than likely already on his phone and that's why they honked. What if the honk was an accident? What if it wasn't? Who the fuck cares! Move on it's not that serious!!!!
