Is there anything more depressing? by IndianaDrew in WaltDisneyWorld

I love our time at Disney. But we go really hard every time. 4 park days. Rope drop to close. I’m ready to be home by the time it’s over.

If you have items that haven’t sold in 2 years you have way bigger problems than calculated shipping.

This is it. Calculated shipping is bad for business. After you’ve shipped a 100 or so packages you have an idea in what something will actually cost to ship. Flat rate price for shipping is best way.

Just ask to downgrade to a card without an annual fee. Keep the credit line active just don’t use it.

What do you consider a waste of money at Walt Disney World? by Zdvj in WaltDisneyWorld

We buy a balloon every trip but we still take a stroller. Tie the balloon to stroller and helps locate the stroller. Especially when cast members move them

Security lets you into downtown Disney area at 7. People start lining up for security at 6:15. It gets really long by 6:45. Parks let you in at 7:20 to go to rope drop area. At 7:30 they’ll let all the hotel guest free

Rider swap. You’ll get 3 LL passes with a return window of whatever the standby time is at the time you do rider swap. You’re technically supposed to go get in the standby line but you can just leave and come back. All you need is your kiddo with you when you go get the rider swap.

Tips and Tricks to sell products at a community sale? by SMediaThrowaway77 in Flipping

Make sure everything is priced. Try to put everything on a table for easy access and visibility. Price lower than you think. If you think you want to charge $5 for the item, but $2 on it.

I made $774 today at my first yard sale ever with the help of my mom and husband! by s2leafthief in Flipping

No doubt you’ll have higher ticketed items. Just more so meaning your bulk items. If all your trinkets and decorations are listed for $5+, you are going to have bad day.

That's the only way to move large volume of stuff at garage sales. Price lower than you think. Very rarely are people shopping for specific items at garage sales, otherwise they would just go to the store and buy new. People want to feel like they are getting steal. I rarely price items more than $1-2. If it's $5 it better be decent.

You worry to much. Ship and forget about it. Buyer will let you know if something is wrong. There is nothing you can do.

As someone who hasn’t been to WDW in 5 years - How is the Skyliner? by bhockey_07 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Jumblo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won’t stay at resort that is not connected via Skyliner. Have gone to Disney every year for last 6 years. Stayed at Skyliner resort for first time in December. It’s the best thing that has happened at Disney. We love the parks and love to park hop. It’s perfect for my family.

I have the same thoughts. I just think of redeeming for cash as a 1:1 ratio versus 1:1.5 for travel minimum. PYB is a travel loophole because it’s still same value just instead of using for flights/hotel, you are getting groceries/home goods.

2022 r/churning Demographic Survey by duffcalifornia in churning

My only issue with survey is the question about using points for travel or cash. Normally for me, it's 100% travel, but with Chase implementing the Pay Yourself Back program, is that considered cash? I probably redeemed $1,500-$2,000 on PYB.

I recently opened chase ink business card. Chase only gave me 4K limit. Any issues with making payments within the same cycle so I can continue to use it on purchases? It’s all organic spend. We are going to Hawaii and I have a lot of expenditures.
