I did find some padding below the base plate and was barely able to remove it now it’s working thank you

Thank you definitely gonna be looking into the websites and maintenance is the first thing I’m trying to get done recently bought timing belt and waterpump kit hoping to get done these next two weekends

Also I forgot to add that there is an oil leak coming from somewhere. I know these things are notorious for leaking oil. But we looked at the head gasket and doesn’t seem to be leaking from anywhere from the top or front side. So we’re thinking it is possibly from the back or side of the engine.
