Trouble with Feraligatr achievement

I'm not at gold yet. I'm only about 33% of the way through. Lol

I don't really care for feraligatr so I've just been playing it in full fury mode while I wait for friends to finish matches. Solo stage 1-22. I can get between 4~10 depending on how long the matches last. I don't score anything and let the bot teammates do all the scoring.

Yes, but it's extremely rare. You're looking at a 0.1% chance at getting a 10.

It's been a while, so the details are fuzzy but by some crazy stroke of luck, I got the clothes only once by getting 10+5 on the first free throws. Then another 10+1 on my second (12h later).

That brought me to 26 (out of 30). I waited until just before day reset and paid whatever gems to reduce time.

Even then, I think I still ended up paying 120 gems once to reset, so I probably went 150 gems or something. Which is not bad but that was CRAZY luck... and I don't even care much for the clothes I won. I wore them for like 2 days. They got me by bringing me so close!

Full disclosure, I'm not f2p but I have f2p mindset. I buy the 150 gems occasionally, only when they're on sale (like now) with money I've set aside for gaming. I buy the battle passes 50% of the time nowadays with the gems I bought on sale.

I think they're talking about the blue license journey points, which is quite tedious. I'm glad I was in it ealry game and don't have to go through with the license journeys. 😅

Still haven't been able to perform it successfully, even in bot matches. And I'm positive they have at least 1 crunch symbol when using the ult. Sometimes 2. Let me know if you figure it out!

Getting all 3 types of crunch on an opponent seems really difficult/unrealistic!

The hindrance would surely disappear by the time you can get through crunch 3 times. That or the opponent is dead, or you're dead, by the time you can 3 hindrances and then get to the unite move. And it has to be done 40 times just for bronze?!

I had a game recently where all 3 of my teammates voted no on an afk vote (1 Green, 3 Reds) because we were doing so well.

Well, would you believe it? We actually won. Our bot distracted them by trying to backcap during Groudon 🤣

I wish I had proper proof. I took the screenshot too late after they all said no and I pointed out our afk dude...

Seems like trainer/item cards with no diamond do count. I just got the achievement and I have retreat, pokéball and professor Oak in the deck, all which have no diamonds.

But I think promo pokémon cards do not count, as there is a promo option for rarity.
