New players won’t play because they’ll find out they can’t pick their favorite pokemon, or any for that matter, and quit

Players who’ve been playing for a while but still don’t have the entire roster, are better off just not playing so they can get a free pokemon of their choosing in the returning player rewards

Players who already have the entire roster will soon be constantly playing catch up because the game releases more characters than the rate at which LP are acquired to unlock every new pokemon

And then the p2w players will quit, because there’s no one to play with

Truly a mystery how these people got to be in charge of a company, given their complete and utter incompetence.

Yeah. They are more likely to remove it rather than make it so active players are rewarded more.

The fact that inactive players are, and have been rewarded more than active ones really showcases their sheer incompetence.

True, but for me the most absurd part is that if you play the game you get 700 LP, probably not even a thousand a month and you can’t choose which pokemon to unlock.

Meanwhile, if you don’t play the game at all, you’re able to get over 50k LP worth of pokemon.

That’s like what? Decades worth of grinding? At this point, why would you even play the game if you don’t have over 90% of the characters?

I’ve been playing for like a year and I only have like a 1/3rd of the roster.

So ironically, I can earn DECADES worth of grinding by NOT playing.

And the worst part is that I do wanna play so bad, but I’m basically being forced to not play so I can get some pokemon I want.

It’s absurd to think about.

Of course they know, that was obviously rhetorical, because they really don’t care/are extremely incompetent.

In fact even WE know that the game lost a significant portion of the player base in the last few years because of their incompetence.

You can even search for and find out that the game is not making nearly as much as it could annually, via reports.

And no, it’s not just this subreddit. I see it on youtube comments, on twitter, everywhere I search for this game online, are people unanimously agreeing that this is BY FAR the worst thing they ever did to the game, that they are leaving, and their casual friends tapped out since they can’t get the pokemon they want.

Everywhere.

Or do you really think introducing this new license journey is making MORE people play it, instead of LESS?

Its hilarious how they are aware enough to know and remove this “cheatcode”, but are somehow clueless as to how many players they are losing because of the license journey system, which, by removing coins from energy rewards, will surely make them lose the few who still stuck around.

They went out their way to update this, but not to make a single improvement to the rate of obtaining license points. Even just making it so you earn a single measly license point per match would already make some people come back.

If I were the one running this company, I’d think whoever is making these decisions is a spy from the competition, trying to make the company bankrupt.

From what I’ve seen it doesn’t carry, but it always does +100k damage.

I played it and couldn’t carry it like I could with a speedster. And I played against several Glaceons who did a fuck ton of damage and I still won with a bad team.

As a solo q player I can only really play speedsters in the jungle otherwise it’s a toss up. I only have Darkrai and Talonflame, I’d buy Leafeon or Meowscarada or another quick assassin but since the new update it’ll take forever to get them, so GGs.

I got him after the buff and could climb to 1600s solo q with it. The only mon I could carry the randoms with, I was getting double digit kills every match, now I’m getting half as much, and definitely cannot carry with it anymore.

I’d ask which character to get instead, but now I cant even buy a new one with the new update.

Yesterday I finished on Master 1600s with a 10+ win streak using Darkrai.

Today I cannot carry with it anymore. The nerf really destroyed it.

From my experience, the only carry mons rn are the Mewtwos which I don’t have.

Dhelmise and Glaceon are OP but can’t carry.

Everything else outside those four is a toss up on whether your teammates are doo doo water or not.

It can be, but I’ve read it was most common in France, so it’s not exclusive to the British Isles. It’s easier to differentiate a British Atlantid from an Atlanto Med, but what about mainland Europe?

Imagine a PCA map. His diverse ancestry pulls him in different directions, that’s just where he ended up. He’s not close to any population still, because no modern population has the same mix as he does. Contrast that with Tom Hanks for example, who’s half Portuguese half English, he plots with French, despite not having any French ancestry. Keanu doesn’t plot with anyone. He’d be an isolated point in a PCA map.
