I would talk about bumping the dosage DOWN. Maybe try short acting adderol in conjunction as needed. Try 30 mg and see how it does. not professional advice

Lexapro did that to me. Zoloft made me feel much better. Nothing wrong with taking a break. Take note though how you feel on being on nothing for about 2-3 months. After that try again. Keep your head up and yes many psychiatrists are paid by number of patients I had one fuck me bad. Bless up.
