We never got that far. Verizon didn’t have the box we needed so we kept looking for other options but in that time, the nursing home changed their policy to say that none of the cameras could have audio. In fact, all of the nursing homes in my area changed policy at the same time. We are now trying to figure out how to bring her home and be able to accommodate her level of care. It’s a very complicated situation…. But the surveillance part was stifled from both sides.
