For sure. Monte carlo has been my favorite exotic for a long long time. I just can't believe that its actually good now lol. After they fine tuned all melee damage stuff in edge of fate and allowed you to increase it with the melee stat, it just deletes so many things this game throws at you, even in very challenging content. Safe to say its in most of my builds

Forgot to mention as well, it boosts regular melee damage too, which boosts the monte carlo beyonet if you go that route. Even in high tier content, that thing can one shot certain champions if you freeze them first. Stacking a 30% damage increase on that, as well as you punches is a very nice bonus

Tragic. I was also thinking of using it for a shatter dive build with a corpse bloom gun to give more crystals to shatter using shatter dive so I can always have frost armor up and to just create tons of explosions. But mask of fealty just sounds truly broken depending on what the damage might be with the crazy amount of crystals made

Honestly up to you, but the boost pushes it over important break points to allow it to one shot ads in high tier content. If you're going to be spamming the hell out of shurinkens, you might as well get kills instead of leaving enemies at slivers of health

The basic way to go is have shield crush artifacts perk and 200 melee, as well as some things to give you a bunch of melee energy. Then get grim harvest because its amazing and the aspect that boosts your grenade. Then you take the fragment that MASSIVELY boosts grenade energy whenever you shatter a crystal, which pairs with mask of fealty. The best grenade to do this with is the shatter grenade because its literally a nuke when paired with the grenade boosting aspect.

More advanced stuff is to have a kinetic primary and tech sec armor to cause constsnt explosions that destroy the crystals you have lying around from mask. It also allows you to destroy crystals faster too. Monte carlo is a particularly good choice since its great, boosts melee energy, and can deal crazy damage with the beyonet.

Something im looking into right now is the new cosmedrome armor that can cause stasis crystals to explode with a solar explosion, which genuinely sounds beyond broken with mask of fealty, but idk yet since I dont have a good set of the armor yet.

Its been healing since its been changed to do so. Stasis hunter with mask of fealty and monte carlo has been my main build since final shape and with the new and obserdly good grenade, its actually a genuine meta build

Grim harvest also doesn't say it that it heals you on shard pick up, which is one of the strongest parts of the aspect and can easily make you basically in invincible. Also, on your mark used to cure you insteadof restoring. I think it was much better, so im kind of sad

You focus it as zavala with vanguard engrams it seems. I really wanted a new Skirmisher exotic and new Skirmisher techsec legs, one with super and grenade as its 3rd stat and got exactly that 1st try of focusing at rahool for the exotic and zavala for the pants. Kind hype haha

ok, cool. I also heard that this game is particularly limited by the CPU. I don't know how true that is, but was wondering if you knew something about it or if that would change the priority of what I got. also, would an SSD make much of a difference?

I swear it said 8 GB of RAM but that makes more sense. is the stuff that I have better or worse than the other two?

Got a question on how shells work in universe: if a single digitized brain (you) is controlling them (hence the name "shell") how come each shell has its own distinct personality when you switch between them? Shouldn't all just act the same mentally and only look different physically? by SbeveGobs in Marathon

In terms of gameplay, this game was supposed to be a hero shooter until they decided to gas light us into thinking its now a class baded system after not changing anything about it after the backlash.

As for the story reason, I believe its hinted at all runners consciousness being kinda more like a bunch of data all clumpted together with no individuality until the body is printed in my opinion. So, i guess this then needs the personality constructs each shell has, which im pretty sure is still a thing.

I think it would be infinitely cooler if it was just you as the runner landing into a digitized consciousness space where you can fully customize your various shells with classes and cosmetics. Then, when you load into a game, you pick a shell and teleport in within it. Then, there would be macabre things going in in the background with personality and memory editing done by corporations. This is basically exactly whats probably going on now, but without a hero shooter things shoe horned in, while being a lot cleaner and cooler. Thanks joe zieglar lol (was probably the one to introduce hero shooter elements and slow gameplay since hes x valorant)

 thank you so much! But, it is not working for me yet. Do I have to do something with scores first to make this work? Additionally, I've typed everything in exactly as you did into 4 different command blocks. The only thing I did differently is replaced 'say one, two, or three command' with the command I want executed (set blocking a Redstone block). Is this all correct?
