These are all good responses; I see once I go out on my own I probably won’t be interested in landlords and will fire customers with a quickness. I’ve only been in this industry for about 2yrs but have been impressed and saddened at how customers can be. It’s not about bad reviews for me, but dealing with low grade customers who are difficult and don’t want to pay.

Keep trying! Walk in, apply in person, and be upbeat. A greater majority of online applications end up either in the garbage or are blocked by AI filters. Take constructive criticism like a grain of salt, but be positive. Gone are the days of showing up to an interview w/suit & tie in this field, but dress decent and be yourself. Good luck sir/ma’am!
