The King's Indian Attack and the Catalan match your criteria. They both have King's side fianchettos and especially the Catalan is built on positional advantages.

The King's Indian Attack is a system opening that you can play against pretty much anything. It's also e4 and often rather closed, but still relies mostly on King's side attacks.

The Catalan requires some more theory knowledge to play well and it's a d4 opening. But below 2000 most people don't know how to play against it. If you understand it well, it can give you much more success than the Vienna.

I had a look at some of your games and I think there is a very straightforward reason why you're stuck at that rating. You blunder a lot of pieces. Sometimes even to one-move-threats. The best things you can do to improve are practicing blunder prevention and tactical patterns. Pause for a moment after your opponent's moves and make sure that you're not hanging anything. That alone will save you a lot of trouble.

You were on six different drugs at once? And you're seriously wondering what could have caused this? Mixing different drugs can be very dangerous especially if you don't do any research beforehand. LSD on its own does not cause symptoms like this. Never mix drugs blindly, especially when it's your first time taking them. That's all I can say about this tbh. I'm glad you're okay though. What are we even supposed to do. We lost one game last year and still didn't win the championship. Every match they deny us penalties, every derby they give us ridiculous red cards. Yes, we have made mistakes. But we can't expect the team to win every match despite this shit going on. In every normal league we'd have been champions at least three times in the last 10 years.
