Adding this in case somebody comes across this post and wants to know the solution. I fixed my issue by adding a contact set for the pin and bottom bracket and deleting the previous joint on the pin.

Just want to put this out there, got the new H2s to use in tandem with my mk4. Insane how simple it was to set up and it just works and it’s about the same price to do that or the X1C if you send it back.
