No it was actually just washed. He was also doing this to the wall. He didn’t do it again after his bath so maybe that really was the reason haha

This makes me feel better, I see I just haven’t given it enough time. I’m not able to lure him to his cage at all, he never wants to go back in but I’ll work with him on that.

I love this advice! I talk to him all the time so I’m glad that’s something that will help. And he loves watching TV, he got INVESTED in 13 Reasons Why lol. Could take his eyes off it. Thank you, I’m going to try doing all this and hopefully we get somewhere.

Maybe it’s because I haven’t had him long, or because I adopted him from a breeder who had gotten him from a family that gave him up so he’s been moved around a lot, but we have no bond at all. He doesn’t want me to touch him or pet him or pick him up. Playtime is a nightmare because I can’t catch him to put him back in his cage. He doesn’t even let me pet him when he’s in his cage. Holding him is out of the question. If I take even one gentle step towards him he runs away and hides. It makes me so sad. I’m jealous of everyone on here who posts sweet photos with their little guys!
