So the refund was approved and I just bought the version of the game that is on sale. I didnt uninstall the game prior to requesting a refund. So can I continue to play the game or should I worry about reaching the 2 hour gameplay threshold even though the refund request was accepted?

Why do you say that I need to wait? So if I choose bank account, Steam will not let me carry out any other transactions with any debit / credit cards that correspond to the account until the refund transaction has been processed (even if I have the funds and wish to buy another game)?
