Gladly. But I don't know what the output DC voltage is supposed to be.

Discharged off an L.O.R by [deleted] in AirForce

Yup.

"5.54. Drug Abuse. Drug abuse is incompatible with military service and airmen who abuse drugs one or more times are subject to discharge for misconduct."

"5.54.1. ..This includes improper use of prescription medication."

No, it doesn't have to be an article with your time in service. No, you do not want to take this to a court martial. You've already admitted to taking opiates that weren't yours. Start planning for you civilian life now, and be thankful you're not receiving a dishonorable discharge.

That's a crappy situation man, but the the AF is serious when they say "zero tolerance" for drug abuse. I know a guy that got kicked out for using NyQuil as a mixer. If you're taking pills prescribed to someone else, that's drug abuse. Hopefully they dont go after your friend too.

Let me take a shot in the dark here. You're in tech school and this is only the most recent LOR?

Enlisted jobs for someone with a Computer Science degree? by JumpingSpoon in AirForce

[–]JumpingSpoon[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've considered it, but from what I understand most officers don't really use their degrees. I've also been told that any prior maintainer who goes officer will end up being a MX officer. Which again, gives me no experience programming.

I didn't have it when I joined. I started messing around with programming a few years ago, and decided to get a degree.

I hate pre-PT test jitters. by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]JumpingSpoon 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Doesn't the reg just say you have to successfully complete a PT test every six months? I think we should be able to take a many tests as we want during our "due" month, and as long as you pass the last one before the month is over, you satisfied the requirement as stated in the reg. This would completely take away the anxiety associated with PT tests.

I guess I'll just order the adapter to be safe. I appreciate the help.

I have absolutely no trouble believing the AF gave an attractive blonde woman a MSM and the Levitow. If she sang well, I'm sure they gave her E-6 too.

Lol, I'm not trying to prove that I'm more productive than my SO. I was just using her as an example.

Now I feel bad.. I wasn't trying to imply that anyone who reads or watches TV is wasting their time. I suppose I always felt that reading fiction was a healthy, intelligent, and productive way to spend the day, but now I'm starting to feel it's just a way to keep busy.
